Who I am
I am a seasoned software engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in the tech industry. I've worked with many different tech stacks over the years - from building financial automation tools in Powershell (that was interesting) to Java + Spring web apps and Python + Django/Flask/FastAPI APIs.
My career began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University. Since then, I've worked at a range of startup companies in The Netherlands and remotely. Gaining experience at these startups has given me a broad range of exposure to different areas of both product development, software engineering and team management.

Backend/API Development
I create scalable, maintainable and secure APIs using Python + Django, FastAPI or Flask.
Custom Web Crawlers
I have experience building custom web crawlers using automated headless browsers and various scraping + proxy tools.
Custom LLM/RAG tools
I have experience building RAG solutions for LLMs - including fine tuning models on custom datasets, and using RAG to create custom models that can answer queries/perform functions based on custom/private datasets

Bryq is a leading talent intelligence solution based on soft skills. I worked on developing the Bryq API, building new features and integrations to external partners.
ISVWorld
ISVWorld is a large data platform of independent software vendors. I was the CTO of ISVWorld, leading a team of developers and data scientists to build and maintain the platform.
